As a counselor, I strive to build strong, trusting relationships with clients to explore their past struggles, identify their strengths, and focus on meaningful goals. I’m deeply committed to supporting clients in processing their challenges and discovering new ways to navigate their lives with resilience and hope.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate#98258 with a Masters of Education in Counseling and Development specializing in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling. I believe in a holistic approach to therapy, addressing the mind, body, and spirit to promote healing and growth. I utilize evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness practices to help clients create meaningful change in their lives.

I work with individuals to address a wide range of issues, including trauma and PTSD, grief, depression, anxiety, and stress. Many of the conflicts we experience are linked to how we understand and respond to the experiences that have shaped us. By exploring thought patterns and responses, I aspire to empower my clients to reshape their thinking and, in turn, their future outcomes.
